Porchetta is a savory, fatty, and moist boneless pork roast from Italy and the French region of Nice. The carcass is deboned and spitted or roasted traditionally over wood for at least eight hours, fat and skin still on. Porchetta is indeed a little piece of heaven for meat-lovers. We refuse to compromise on quality in our Italian restaurant. That's why we source our fresh ingredients daily from New Covent Garden Market. No matter what time of year, you can be sure you're eating the best of the season. Our Fish is delivered daily at 6am from Billingsgate Fish Market and on the plate for Lunch. We pride ourselves on serving only the best seafood. Our shellfish supplier Maldon Oysters are purveyors of fine Oysters and Shellfish. Each Pizza is made with care and only premium ingredients.
